The importance of donations and their role in supporting the association's activities
“I was going through a very difficult period in my life. I felt like I was drowning in endless darkness. I no longer wanted to see anyone, I lost my appetite, and sleep was a distant dream. I would hear the voices of my negative thoughts all day long, and I began to withdraw from people and blame myself for everything.
But after encouragement from a friend, I decided to seek help. I visited a mental health center and spoke with a therapist who understood me without judging me. I began regular therapy sessions and learned how to manage my thoughts and feelings, and how to take care of my mental health as well as my body.
Thanks to God and then to the support I received, I began to return to life again. Today, I am stronger and more aware. The difficulties are not over, but they no longer control me. Now I share my story to tell everyone who is suffering: Do not be afraid, you are not alone, and asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but of courage.”
